Dr. Juan Carlos B. Marzan is a plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon based in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines. He holds the titles of MD, FPCS (Fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons), FPSGS (Fellow of the Philippine Society of General Surgeons), and DPBS (Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Surgery).

Dr. Marzan operates the Justified Cut Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic, where he offers services in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, as well as general surgery, wound care, and burn treatment.
